Authentication did not load

Not sure why though, maybe and uninstall and re-install? I've tried UNINSTALLING and reinstalling several times. No avail
Is this on the same ipad that you're having trouble with in another post. Maybe its related. No. it isn't. The ipad is at a different address,my daughter's. Going back to the address you gave me it gives the reason for the codes but not how to deal with it.
Is it possible there is a fault at the phone exchange. I ask as another friend has complained of email trouble.http://www.computerperformance.co.uk/Logon/code/code_800CCC0E.htmQuote from: newmananddora on March 22, 2011, 09:44:33 AM

Well, the settings my look fine but I suspect there's SOMETHING not quite right in the settings. How did you create the account in WLM (Windows Live Mail)? Did you manually enter the account settings or did you use the automated account setup feature in WLM? If you did it manually, I suggest exporting the account to a .iaf file, deleting it, and then try creating the account again by letting WLM search for the account settings. When using this method, you simply enter your email address and your password; WLM then searches the internet to find the proper settings and sets up the account. This will not always work but, if it does, it's the easiest way to set up an account. If if does not work, you can delete that account and import the account you exported back into WLM.

The "phone exchange" is your ISP, right? Can you call them for technical support on this? Did you get the account setup details you now have in your email account from your ISP's website? I got the settings from Orange's web site. I've CHECKED them a dozen times and they are ok.The strange thing is the email works fine. It's just the message COMES up anyway. I'll try all suggestions. Thanks Just to let you know I've fixed it. I deleted it once more and reinserted it and it seems ok.Thanks for helpful suggestions
