My prob: At work; connecting my external hard drive makes in only readable (domain permissions I presume), but a flash disc works perfectly... So now I'm trying to make my external HDD a Flash Disc. I don't have rights to view Disc Management and I don't have any rights to update drivers. Does anyone have an idea how I can make the drive removable so that I can get read&write access via a script or setting or even an application? Any help would be very much appreciated. The prob is; because the external drive is picked up as an drives, makes it fall under the HDD category that doesn't allow admin rights.
