Solve : Loading disks in disk tray sometimes prompts BSOD?

Answer»

I dunno what the deal is, but every TIME I load up a new disk in my disk DRIVE I have to worry about getting a blue screen of death and restarting my pc.
This is what it says:

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Then says something about the cdfs.sys

Ive been trying to look up these two things and for the life of me cant find a simple answer to solve my problem.
I know how to fix things here and there on Windows but dont go telling me to go debug or something crazy   .

Anyone able to help? What version of Windows ? ?OH sorry, I dont know why I didnt say this in the beginning.
Its XP Home Edition.2 things you can try here...
1) Control Panel / System / Hardware / Device Manager...find the CDRom listing; right click it and select Remove. You will GET a warning message...ignore it.
Close everything down and re-boot. XP will automatically re-install the device...Click here and see if this helps.
