Answer» An authorized user on my computer can not log in. When you click on his NAME icon the screen goes black and shows his desk top for a SECOND then goes back to the log in screen. Any fixes or answers why this is HAPPENING?try going in under the admin account, delete his or her account and have them try to log back in. WORST case scenerio, you have to add him or her again |
