When I log off my COMPUTER does not respond. I have to do it MANUALLY. Any ADVICE as to how to resolve this problem?More INFO and someone should be along shortly to assist...
Do a CLEANUP first of all, and then make sure that APM is enabled in your Power Settings.More info on log off.
I have windows xp home ed. When I click restart the computer does not go off. I have to put it off manually.

What is AMP?
AMP is the abbreviation for Ampere, a unit of electrical current.

APM = Advanced Power Management. Control Panel Power Options.
