Answer» I was cleaning up my computer and I deleted some FILES by mistake and now when I log on I am not able to. It says Login Interfase DLL msgina.dll failed to load. Then it says try re-installing it. The problem is I am not able to log on. I have tried rebooting in SAFE mode and all that jazz but nothing has worked. Before this happens it says application cant start because SYSTEM32.DLL was not FOUND. PLEASE HELP THANK YOUWhat operating system? Have you tried system restore to a point before all of these problems? Good idea not to randomly delete stuff in the Windows folder. i have XP home edition, and i BELIEVE that i have tried that but ill try again and i had a different log on thing up and i deleted the files for that i had somthing like this http://www.deviantart.com/view/30795136/
