If still no go, restart computer in Safe Mode with Networking and see how it goes there.broni , nothing worked do you think i should ring yahoo i have their freephone number here in n.ireland or is there something else to try , harryYou can give it a shot...ok i'll let you know what the result is broni i got the problem , i was in touch with yahoo in the states and they stopped my account , don't know why , so i opened up a new one and all is fine , the only thing is i have LOST all my contacts in my address book Unfortunately, I have no idea how to get your address book back in case of Yahoo mail ok broni and thanks for your help
