Solve : Logging off Account? |

Answer» Hi everyone. I have a Dell dimension 2350, 512 RAM, Windows XP, sp2. I am having trouble LOGGING off of any account (4 users on this computer). When trying to log off, the computer hangs and nothing happens. SOMETIMES WAITS for over a minute then either finally logs off or goes to a black screen. If the black screen comes up then you have to manually shut off the computer and manually start up again. This does not happen every time but it is getting very ANNOYING. I have AVG, Zone-alarm, Ccleaner, Ad-aware, Spybot - search and destroy, Windows defender, Cwshredder, and Spyware doctor. Have RUN all programs and no problems with virus, spyware, etc. Is this a Windows XP problem? I am a novice. Can you help? |
