Answer» I have windows vista, and on login it tells me my "User profile service " service connot be loaded. Just before this started I was in the system configuration trying to speed up the start up of my computer.It now only LETS me use a guest account and I cannot make any CHANGES. please help!!!!Hit the F8 key on boot>>Follow the on screen instructions.thanks for the REPLY Merlin.
