I received an email from lojack saying that my computer was not taking TEST calls. So I went to their web-site and  put in a test call and got this message(below) Which makes no sense to me because I have been using their services on just one computer. Does anyone know how to get a hold of customer support by phone . I have e-mailed them like four times with no luck on my problem. I guess when your computer is not sending a signal lojack would be unable to track it if my computer was stolen. If anyone knows anything about lojack and can HELP me I sure would appreciate it. I LIVE in a rough neighborhood in Detroit.
