i am on windows VISTA, when i right click on any file all i get is COPY HERE, MOVE HERE, CREATE SHORTCUT AND CANCEL, sometimes if i tap the shift key a few times it works, so i have lost all my context options even my desktop icons wont let me open them unless i left click a few times, please help me im only new to this SITE and computers to so i would appreciate your help very much, thank you.System Restore to a day when all was well.

Start/Run sfc /scannow and hit Enter...have your Vista DVD handy...
Re-boot when finished.
