Answer» I am using XP pro sp 2. I have a major problem in my pc. When I double CLICK any desktop shortcut as well as any folder in MY COMPUTER and control panel more than one item are opening at the same time.For example: I have many programs in desktop shortcut like 'firefox','internet explorer','opera','yahoo messenger','google talk' etc. When I am trying to open a particular program by double click from these, more than one program are selected for open.But when I CREATE a new user ACCOUNT from control panel and log in to new account, then there is no problem. What is the actual problem ?
