Answer» Hello, I am new to this site. How do USERS make files non-uploadable. I KNOW cloaking is illegal, so that's out altogether. So how do they do it? Do they use ciphering WITHIN the Windows shell and then password protect it to prevent unciphering? I WOULD need to know.There is no way to block a file from being uploaded...period. What is it you are CONCERNED about ? ?
