Solve : Making a transcription bullet?

Hi folks

I need to make up a two BULLET list (one in BOLD and the other not) for audio transcriptions. I need to be ABLE to change the bullet from either I & R to another letter occasionally.

Using a normal transcription SHEET you have to use the down key and tab key, I want to speed things up by using the enter button on a bullet template.

Anybody with any know-how around?
