Solve : Managing Accounts screen crashed!! please help? |

Answer» I need to manage my USER accounts and when I go into the admin ACCOUNT: start: control panel: User accounts-the window pops up but the contents of the window are BLANK. I still have the Back, Forward and Home buttons on top (clicking them does nothing) but the inside of the managing accounts window is blank. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.Are you logged in as Administrator?YesAny other problems with the system? Free from malware? can you LOG in with the other accounts still? What happened prior to this that might be RELEVANT?I really can't recall any issues. I have two accounts-one says admin and one is my daughters, they are both considered computer administrators. I just want to be able to manage my accounts but there's no way to now. There are really no other problems on my computer.And can you still log in with hers? Can it see your account? |
