Solve : Many errors?

Today morning when i started my comp i got a error message saying :

Svchost.exe - Application error.
The instructions at 0x7c9111de referenced MEMORY at 0x00000000. Memory could not be read.
Click ok to TERMINATE the program and CANCEL to debug it.


If i click either option nothing happens except that those numbers GET REPLACED by 0x7564d27e and referenced memory at 0x00000060.

If i click them again they get replaced by other numbers. also my Kaspersky Antivirus aint opening.

This has been going on since morning, can someone plz help me???
