Answer» In my office, I have Windows XP, and just about every time I GO to PRINT a word document I get the message that my margins are out of the printable area. I have the option to fix. If I choose fix, it gives me a left side margin of 2.67 inches. If I tell it to print anyway and not to fix the margins I still get a 2.67 inch left side margin. However, if I choose to send my document to a different printer at someone else's desk in prints fine and I get no margin ERROR message. Any ideas? Long time since I did this but I seem to remember that you need to check Print Setup and SEE if the margins are set there too. Maybe take a look at the settings on the other machine.Try reinstalling the printer driver.
