Answer» I am getting the exact same problem, after install windows keeps configuring update stage 3 of 3 with 0%. Keeps REBOOTING, this is not good cause I need my LAPTOP for my job, I'm a field engineer. I went into safe mode and it continues to do the same thing, windows says everything is fine and no hardware and or software PROBLEMS detected.
