Well first of all here is all the specs of my computer:

#Hard Drive: 320GB SATA-2 SE 7200rpm
#Video Card: nVidia 9600GSO 768MB Graphic Card, Best for Gaming at Medium price grade
#PSU: Raidmax 500W ATX 12V 2.0 with with SATA 20-24 PIN DUAL FAN
#Sound Adapter: Onboard 5.1 Channel Audio

Though most of the specs i stated probley dont effect my problem i thought id just shove everything i KNOW up there.

Right i decided to reinstall my computer. As it states up there i have a 320gig hardrive.

But for some reason when i go to install windows xp\create paritions it says The MAXIMUM size for the new partition is 131062 megabytes <MB>"

Why wont it let me just install it on its full size of 320gig? I have never had this problem before. =\

Thanks for anyhelp (:You have to first delete old partitions.Forgot some info. Im trying to install windows xp pro SP2.

Theres nothing on it.What is the make and model of your motherboard?
What is the make and model of your hard drive?  You need SERVICE Pack 2 installed in order to recognize the full size of your hard drive. Quote
