In my pc MBR IS CURRUPT & i am UNABLE to install xp again because it doesn't prompt installation screen with first boot device cd rom. and i use xp cd for its installation. so please give the solution.

If your computer has TWO CD drives, make sure you put the CD in the master drive.i am not able to boot cd in the same condition & i have only one cd drive & 1 HDD.
CD ROM IS PRIMARY MASTER
HDD IS PRIMARY SLAVE. Is the CD Drive first in the Boot Menu in the BIOS?how many time you thake to undersatnd that i select cd rom first boot device.The HDD should be jumpered master whenever possible.
What type of XP CD is this ? ?
It should be bootable.

If and when you do get it to boot to the XP CD at the first screen press "R" to enter the recovery console.
At the prompt type in fixmbr and hit Enter.
