Hey guys!

So, my Laptop is telling me my memory is full. There are no pictures, videos, music, or even documents on this computer. There are only a few programs that add up to under 2 gigs of memory. THis laptop has over 80 gigs of memory (its 3 years old or so? - its and Acer 5050). I've gotten these prompts that ive reached under 200mb a few times and every time i just deleted something, I also use the clean disk feature to empty the recycle bin and temp files, ect -

I hav no idea what to do and its impossible to fine any sites that talk about this because memory issues always leads in there direction. Please HELP! Please be aware that you are actually talking about HARD drive space, not memory, which is something different.

Right click the drive in Windows Explorer, choose properties, and you will see a pie chart. Please tell me the figures for disk space used and FREE you see near it.
Another post from a few months ago described a similar SITUATION.  In this person's case, his operating system had created so many Restore Points, they used up most of his AVAILABLE hard drive space.
