Answer» I dont know MUCH about computers, but ever since last week my games have been running very laggy. I dont no what I have done...i been doing the same thing all summer =\ When i surf the internet i only go to my clan site and www.break.com which never gave me problems. I play Wolfenstein ET and warcraft Frozen throne, and in Wolfenstein i run at 10-40 Frames Per Second when it should be 90-125. And When i play it doesnt run smooth its very choppy. My computer is acting quite slow too. Whener i go to Control Panel sometimes a little flashlight pops up and searched for about 10 seconds, that never used to happen.
I have Mcafee as my main Virus thing and i ran Ewido anti-spyware, Ccleaner, Ad-aware, and a registry clear to fix some problems, there wasnt any problems with viruses, some registry stuff was fixed but it didnt hlp.
I get this messege about some Virtrual Memory thing being used BECUASE i guess my memory is low.
I have a Emachines T3410

How much memory does Windows report? Is it the same as CCleaner? And how much memory is shown in the BIOS/Setup screen?its the same, i guess i was just seeing things but the description on my harddrive sticker says 512 ram, same as my moms. And when i right click on My Computer it says 383 mb and my moms says 512mb. So either thats normal and my comp sucks, or my comps been messed. And maby the GHz has something to do with it, my AMD Sempron Processor 3400+ has 2.0 GHz, and my moms comp has 2.53 GHz. My mom has an HP and i have an Emachines. So if that has something to do with it, maby i just have to go and buy some more memory? But i stil dont see why my games are very laggy all of a sudden, and programs do not open as fast as before.Your GForce is integrated graphics so the memory for that comes from system memory. That would explain the "missing" RAM.

You say that computer used to play at the FRAME rates you mentioned? Then something else is wrong. Most likely suspect is malware, running processes, etc. rather than some sort of defective hardware.
We are still awaiting analysis of your log file.Your computer has onboard video; it does not have a video card. And, in the BIOS, it's probably set to share/allocate 128MB of system memory, i.e. the 512MB of RAM installed in the computer, to the video function. In such systems, Windows will report 384MB of memory in the System Properties panel. And, CCleaner appears to be doing the same thing.
Generally, any computer with onboard video is not going to be a great gaming machine. The performance of these systems can usually be improved by installing a video card and disabling onboard video.
