Solve : message on desktop bad image?

Hi all,
I got this message on my desktop.

Services.exe-Bad Image
[X The application~DLL
C:\progca~1\GOOGLE~1Gocc62~1.DLL is not a valid
windows image.Please check this against your
installation diskette.]
 I couldn't get task mgr and had to close with button
off switch.
I tried the last good configuration,that didn't work.
I tried safe mode and restored to a couple days earlier
and all is well.
I would like to know what caused this.The 2 things I done
before this happened was delete lots of things from the desktop
that I had PUT there from My doc's.Also I copied alot of things
from my desktop to a flash drive.
Information would be appreciated.

Do you have google taskbar, or similar, installed on your BROWSER?
When does the message appear?

Thanks for the help.
 A number of things came up and my computer stopped,Like
[ bad image notepad] and that would be the only thing on my desktop.
No icon or nothing. I've never had anything like this before.I have firefox browser
and Google toolbar.Jacobi
