Answer» Hi Ive been using microsoft movie maker for the past few days without a hitch. However now I am receiving a message in an icon saying that " microsoft movie maker has stopped working, WINDOWS is looking for a solution. Then nothing, Ive been told this program can CAUSE this type of issue. How do i rectify it? as i have up to now been able to use the program. some IT people say it uses too much ram etc....and may no longer be compatible, but this laptop has been able to manage it. Ive deleted some info already and tried to troubleshoot, through accessories- programs
Please, as ive urgent work to complete! thanks a mil
;0)Run the program again and when it crashes go to 'my computer' and 'right click'. Choose 'manage' and then go to 'event viewer'. Find the crash in 'event viewer' and post the results. oh wow thanks for the reply. I have gone into the event planner, however it brings up a summary and overview, at the top administrative events and bottom log summary, its difficult to cut and paste, so what specifically should i post you back, there is nothing in the nodes section
thanks, looking forward to hearing from you
