Solve : Microsoft Outlook 2003? |

Answer» I SENT a previous MESSAGE about an error I am RECEIVING when I try to go to another link in my e-mail. I mistakenly said "Microsoft EXPRESS" it is in my Microsoft Outlook 2003. The error again reads "Operation cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please CONTACT system administrator." So, if any one can give me some direction, I would appreciate it.
