Answer» I just bought a new DELL computer and loaded it with MICROSOFT Outlook 2000 program. I copied the files outlook.pst and archive.pst onto a CD on my old computer. When I try to open the outlook.pst file on my new computer, I get a MESSAGE saying "Properties for this INFORMATION service must be defined before use." Can ANYONE tell me how I can input the outlook files so they work on my new computer?Open Outlook...then... File--Import and Export follow the prompts
