Solve : Microsoft Outlook's Calendar Auto Deleting and acc?

Whenever I am sent an invitation attached to the calendar, it is delivered automatically to me Deleted Items folder and in turn Outlook automatically sends an acceptance.

I have checked to see if there is any rule SET up to that effect and found none. Can anyone offer any ideas please?Sorry i am a new outlook user any advice here would be greatly appreciated
I'm guessing that you don't like what your Outlook process is doing? You'd also like to know why and how to change it?

The Auto-Accept feature is found in Outlook as follows:
On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click Calendar Options.
Under Advanced options, click Resource Scheduling.
You will see the checkbox for “Automatically accept meeting REQUESTS and process cancellations”.

Microsoft has identified a problem with the Outlook calendar and its integration with e-mail. Events such as meetings or appointments can "disappear" from the calendar after they have been accepted in SITUATIONS where an Outlook account is accessed from more than one "location." Examples of this may INCLUDE accessing one's Outlook account from a computer and also a HOME or client computer, or even a mobile device - such as a Blackberry or SmartPhone. This can also occur with a shared Outlook account, such as occurs with many executives and their assistants who have delegate access.

The problem occurs when a meeting invite is accepted on one computer, but is then deleted from the Inbox on a different computer. This can lead to the accepted meeting disappearing from the calendar.
