I scanned with Spybot and received message "Microsoft Windows SecCenter_disabled", how can I enable this once again?  Thanks. :-?Why WOULD you want to?

Its a Service , go into CONTROL Panel, go in Admin Tools, open SERVICES.. And Near the Bottom you'll find the Security Centre, set it to Enabled , and Automatic
