I will have to find a copy of the xp-pro disc's, also I went to the site devil requested that I view and I checked, 1. Event Log 2. Windows Man Inst. 3. Remote (RPC)
and all three were turned on and set to auto. I did read the post where the Repository Folder was deleted in safe mode and then rebooted. First..I'am not sure what the repository folder is and where it is located.
repository sounds like a folder that would store all the system info.
Do you guys think that if I deleted this folder in safe mode then reboot that it might solve the problem, but now that I think about it when I ran SFC / scannow it SAID I had files missing, so doing this might not have any influence on my problem.
Your feedback is welcome. Thanks Don %SystemRoot%\WBEM %SystemRoot%\System32\WBEM\Repository
