When I try to log onto my ISP the taskbar lights up with Virtual memory minimum too low. (Windows is increasing the size of your virtual memory paging file) 3. Often when using the computer the whole system crashes and the word DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL comes onto the screen whilst the computer does a memory dump.
I am very grateful for any help that you can offer me, as I said before I am not particularly good with computers so please bear that in mind.

Thank you, I am going to attempt this now. I will follow the instructions that you have given me. I may seem a bit dippy but what do I have to do to replace the %system% in my computer? thanksplz back up register if you are going to mess with it.
i suggest letting spybot search and destroy and avg anti-spyware have a goHave run spybot and loads of spy things came up. Cannot find the files to delete when I follow the instructions to run the regedit. Any Ideas? Also, computer is crashing a lot at the moment several times a day. Do you have any advice about the DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

You don't have to replace the system, you have to replace the word %system% in the following (As the Note explains) depending on what flavor of Windows you are using.
6. Delete the following files using Windows Explorer:
