Answer» Recently, to clear up some space on my C drive I DELETED some log files. According to my research, this was supposed to be FINE. But now I'm having Word problems. For the record, I have Windows XP, and Microsoft Office XP Proffessional. I clicked on the icon, and the program launches, and I can see my Auto Recover files...but then an installer comes up. It starts, then tells me to INSERT the Office disk. The computer and its parts were bought years ago from my uncle, so I do not have the disk. ANYONE have any IDEA what might be wrong?
