Answer» Using XP Home and just encountered a few problems! System Tools shows only Security CENTER when clicked. All other folders like Restore, defragment, & etc are not showing. On the CONTROL panel CLICKING on user accounts does nothing at all. Clicking Administration presents an empty folder. Help!!Check the links below for MALWARES...
