Solve : MISSING HAL.DLL. FILE?

1.	Solve : MISSING HAL.DLL. FILE?
Answer» when i start my computer,it apperes this message, copy \system32\hal.dll.please post what WINDOWS you are using? Maybe windows CD can REPAIR startup errors, I KNOW vista cd can do it or if you have windows upgrade you can do in place upgrade and FIX the system files to good shape.
