Solve : Missing kernals? |
|
Answer» I have both Windows vista and Windows 7. I bought Windows vista in the time period of the free upgrade, so for me vista lived up to is reputation of being a horrible OS. After 2 or 6, i mean 6 clean installs because the update function was a failure. Yet vista became stable, and i enjoyed using it. Then when i received my Windows 7 disc i jumped the gun and installed it right away. I only installed it right away due to the reviews of how stable it was, I should have remembered that Micro$oft has it in for me. After installing Windows 7 i DISCOVERED that it was NOT stable. Did a clean install of Vista again. I love vista, but fell in love with Windows 7's style. I installed Windows 7 again. Failer...AGAIN! Way to go Micro$oft! I honestly thought about buying a Mac from this point. Then i figured I'll just install Vista again. So i format my disk to do a clean install of Vista. I Receive a giant **** you with the blue SCREEN of death after my computer restarts to finish install. I try it again. My kernels... ARE MISSING! Just gone like POOF! I figure, lets not freak, I've got the oh so UNSTABLE Windows 7. I pop it in, I'm jumping though the normal hoops, activation code, clicking next and checking boxes. It gets HALF WAY though the install. The KERNALS, are MISSING! Like poof! Now i have a computer that cost me close to a 1000 $ including JUNK OS, and its not working! That money is the most money I've spent on a single thing since I'm only 15. Its so frustrating anymore. You spend money expecting a quality product and get crap. Yes Vista had its problems, yet an OS is very complicated. I can understand that having bugs, but the disc missing data! what the *censored*! |
