If so, Add/Remove Programs>Internet Explorer>Repair. MSDE.DLL is a component of Visual Studio.You are RIGHT, it is MSOE.DLL. I went to Add/Remove, but there isn't any internet explorer. You can download it [highlight]here[/highlight]. Please LET me know when you've got it so that I can remove it. BTW, it lives in C:\Program Files\Outlook Express.Ran windows update. Now it says the same THING, except it has MSOERES.DLL, could not be loaded. JohnTry running the IE repair tool. Go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, find Internet Explorer and Internet Tools, select it and click on Remove. The next screen will give you 3 options; select Repair and proceed.I tried IE repair tool.All it said was IE 6 Cannot be repaired.Thanks for all your help. I now have it working properly.
