Solve : Missing or unable to be accessed files preventing use of most major functions? |
|
Answer» I know my way around my own laptop but after RUNNING Hijack this and removing a few minor glitches my computer gone DOWNHILL. After the initial restart I found the screen black and then a message saying Window explorer has stopped working followed by another window saying alternate files are not available, follow my a totally black screen that stops all access to anything else. Upon restarting and entering safe mode I find that Windows HELP and support is unable to start and that the INTERNET both wifi and land line are unusable. I'm pretty sure that whatever is happening is my fault by large, so in futile attempt to fix the problem I undeleted all that I had deleted using hijack this but to no avail.
