Can anyone help me, every time I START up windows (XP) I get the the message that the PC cant find windows32/svchost.exec it still works, but i have to close error MESSAGES every time, at least 5 error messages show1) Go to Start>> Run, type in: sfc /scannow [Enter]
Windows may require you to insert your XP CD.
2)You can also use SYSTEM RESTORE to recover your system back to date before the files were missing. To activate System Restore:
Go to Start> All Programs> Accessories> System TOOLS> System Restore.There is a big difference between svchost.exec and svchost.exe, it's all in the c.
