Answer» One of my USB ports broke and shorted my computer a while ago, but I got my computer to turn on and it didn't show any problems. But my mouse isn't working half the time and I just had to restart my computer because the keyboard wasn't working. But I'm not sure if it's connected to the short or not. I have started using a WIRELESS mouse and as long as that is connected the mouse on my computer works. Any advice? And I would just go have it looked at, but I don't have the MONEY right now.Nice paragraph... Get a new mouse...It's a LAPTOP. And it's not the wireless mouse that doesn't work, it's the mouse that is built into my laptop.I THINK you mean touchpad not working too...
