Solve : Mouse cursor default?

My mouse default cursor has changed itself to the small hand. I'm not comfortable with it and would prefer the old small arrow.
I can't zero in on the question in Control Panel.  (Incidentally, I FIND the WINDOWS 7 Control Panel a BIT of a schlimmerbesserung)
