Answer» I know this sounds dumb, but I don't know what the problem is. When I am in my Outlook 2003 and I try to click on an email and then I click on another, it highlights both instead of just CHOOSING one...Please help!It sounds like either your Shift or Ctrl key MIGHT be stick. There's two of each on the keyboard...try MESSING around with all four keys to see if you can get them unstuck. You may need to CLEAN the keyboard as well. And of COURSE, a simple restart could be all that you need.And if by chance it's cordless well then replace the batteries...It might be that u ve got 'Sticky keys' on mate |
