Solve : Mouse, internet and restore not working? |

Answer» Hi, my LITTLE girl played about on my computer and deleted some programmes, what i dont know. So me thinking i could rectify it, restored my computer to an earlier date. What a mistake! Now my MOUSE dosent work, my internet wont connect and i cant even restore it back to the original point. Everytime i try to restore it , i KEEP getting just a white screen with nothing on it. Please help! Please post the computer model and can you boot SUCCESSFULLY to Windows and check device manager first? System restore will not help you in any point in your case. A complete restore of your system after BACKING up your files would be the modest solution.On start-up have you tried to start in safe mode? How do you know programs were deleted. Generally that is not an easy thing for a young child to do? truenorth |
