Solve : Mouse keeps disconnecting?

Hi Everyone,

I noticed today that when I started my computer my mouse was not working. I waited a few seconds to see if it would come back on. It did, but every hour or so it will STOP working and I have to use the laptop mouse pad .

Is there a SOLUTION?
Running Windows XP Home SP2.

Note: This mouse recently had problems, but they where fixed.
