At times my MOUSE wants to "Stick" at different POINTS on the screen. doesn't seem to matter what I am doing (On-line, email, Or just doing Solitaire.) I have CHANGED mouse but makes no difference ...

Do you have an optical mouse or a wheel, in either case check the pads on the BOTTOM side and clean them from any "muck" they may have picked up. If you are using an older track ball mouse, rotate the ball on the bottom to open it up and with a PENCIL eraser wipe the inside rollers and remove the "muck" that has gotten on them. One more thing to try, clean your mouse pad really good.........Good Luck!!
