Solve : Mousepad not scrolling? |

Answer» Having had my Compaq Presario R3000 for close to two years, I have been using the function of the mousepad to scroll the whole time. Two days ago, I lost that function. Was running AV software especially, then. (AVG, AVAST, SPYWARE BLASTER). I know I selected this option from a screen before but I don't remember where. I know it's not in " mouse" under "control panel", but where? The place where I enabled the SCROLLING also provided the options of double tapping corners of my mousepad to do other functions like AUTO scroll, etc. Thanks for your help.You may need to reinstall the trackpoint/touchpad drivers - downloadable from your laptop manufacturer's website. Normally the settings are under Control Panel-->Mouse. |
