i have a user recently having this kind of problem, win 2k pro sp4, ms outlook 2000 pro. fuji xerox 320 and hp laser jet printer, both having printing problem, when she use MS outlook print email, the print out font size is bigger than origin email. happen on both printer. not every email print out like this, just some of it.

i reinstall both printer driver and reconfigure printer again, update window, add font for window, result is now she print out an email with both big font and small font on same page, i reinstall office, still no improvement.

this problem only happen in MS outlook, not in other APPLICATION, MS word, exces notepad all no problem.

some one pls help, this user is my CEO secretary,  :-?Check the font on the emails she's having problems with.  Are they different than the ones with no problems?

what i think is the font size and font type don't RELATED,  she print big even with the email i send to her, i use Arial size 10, but she print out 2 copy with 1 CORRECT font size, another 1 with font size about 18, i go measure the print out, it just like set printer paper size to A5 then print use A4 with Fit to page,

her SYSTEM is DELL Optiplex GX240, LCD monitor,  some one told me that the high resolution of LCD may cos problem, does it mean i have to install a LCD monitor driver on it?
