Answer» I always use MS PAINT to edit VARIOUS forms before I enail them. This morning MS Paint does not provide me with a Text Toolbar. How do I edit the text format that I am wanting to input? In MSPaint, click the large 'A' in the toolbar (as you WOULD normally do) and then drag the box anywhere in the paint screen. Now go to View --&GT; Text Toolbar, and make sure it is Checked.And in the case where your trying to edit EXISTING text in a bitmap... Not happening...
