Answer» yes i tried EVERYTHING can think of but that didn't work so i put a new sound card in there and that still did not work i don't KNOW how to make the new sound card my default sound cardCan you please tell us if you have tried anything to FIX this, if so, what have you tried? (it will save time) For instance, have you made sure the sound isn't MUTED? Control Panel > Sound, Speech & Audio DEVICES > Sounds & Audio Devices > (uncheck mute)Did you remember to re-install your Sound drivers ? ?
