You said it is a
HP All-In-One.
With no model number.
So we took that to mean the ultimate all in one that has:

Quad core at 4 GHz  .
16 GB memory         .
Vista Ultimate 64 bit .
HDTV  with Dish       .
Terabyte DVR           .
Laser Color Printer    .
24 CUP Mr Coffee.     .

Can't wait to get one!
And now I DO have the model number in the same post as my computer information. All in one means scanner, printer, and camera card capabilities.  I wasn't arguing you didn't need the model number. I frankly do not even know what you are commenting on anyway. It took me forever to find the model number on the printer because sooommeeoonne pointed me to the manufacturers website  talking about I could find an AUTO detect. All I had to do was look above the power button. if someone said it's on the printer I would of found it on the printer. I didn't buy this printer myself and never needed the number before.

I just never heard of a printer having a graphic card in the acutely printer. All i know of is the one that is installed in the pc tower.

Its been nearly TEN hours and still no one has helped me at all. Oh I am pretty sure that 1 is a problem with my driver itself.I don't know about anyone else, but I'm very confused. Your original post above says you have an HP All-In-One Computer (and there IS such a beast). Now you say you meant "printer" and not "computer", but you're annoyed with us for not knowing what you meant. Then you complain it's been 10 hours without anyone helping you (this is after you got an attitude when I asked a simple & legitimate question in my first post above).

If I were you I'd ask one question at a time - providing the correct information with the question - so we can try to help you in a more effective manner. The quality of the assistance you receive will be in direct proportion to the quality of the information you provide. And if we don't respond quickly enough please do continue to let us know.I have multiple little questions that I will PUT here until I figure out which category all of them go too.

1. When I try to play dvds it plays back SLOW and vibrating like. The picture shakes and the audio is cut into split second intervals. How do I fix this.

This maybe the drive itself is on its way out. Do the DVDs play normally in another machine?

2. There is a quicktime error that pops up on certain sites. It says it is error# 0.

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall quicktime?

3. I have a all-in-one HP computer. When my computer starts up it will be stuck on a blank black screen with a flashing dash in the corner. I learned that when turning of my printer it will continue to start up.

I think you should try to uninstall the software for it. Not just the driver. Then do a fresh instll with the lastest software. Normally you can download it from HP.
4. Again with the printer. When I open up the HP solution center, my screen changes resolution to a huge font and icons.

The reinstall should help with that as well.
5. Lastly and most important of all.
I bought the sims 3 and when I start it it says that I need Shader model 2. I have a all-in-wonder radeon 7500 graphics card. Lets just say it was brand new when i got my computer, so it's old. With research I learned the names of all of the graphics cards that have it. None that I saw were all-in wonder. I have not used it's features at all hardly but I am not sure if I switch to a plan graphics card my computer will change some how.

6. Where can I search all of these graphics cards at once and select the best cheapest one?
Radeon:
9500, 9600, 9800
X300, X600, X700, X800, X850
X1300, X1600, X1800, X1900, X1950
2400, 2600, 2900
3450, 3650, 3850, 3870,
4850, 4870
Intel® Extreme Graphics
GMA X3x00 series
Will it hurt if I try that nvidia brand?
NVIDIA GeForce series
FX 5900, FX 5950
6200, 6500, 6600, 6800,
7200, 7300, 7600, 7800, 7900, 7950
8400, 8500, 8600, 8800
9600, 9800, GTX 260, GTX 280

tiger direct
or newegg are good places to start....

Spoiler:
1. Yes the dvds do play in other machines. Thanks for confirming my suspension. Now I can add new cd reader along with new graphic card.

2. I have and now it does work. I will update the first post.

3. and 4. I meant printer. I never noticed it before until Allan just exploited my mistake. (If I was talking about a printer in every other post wouldn't it of sent a flag that I didn't know I made the mistake?) I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software twice before. Right now is has the latest software updates from the HP website. I was thinking about maybe it could be manufacturer issue? It's out of warranty now though.

Not any more, original post has been edited to say Printer instead of Computer.  Now, you know why I was asking the questions I did.

2.  To make everyone trying to help you look foolish instead of you.
3,4.  We are not mindreaders; at least I'm not.

It's basically 2 pages of people asking questions or commenting.
Are there anyone else that comes to the thread besides you two?
The first two posts of this thread has my problems and has all the information about my computer.
Maybe someone else can just focus on that and stop all of this conversation. You know what? You're right. Just wait around for someone else to help you. I'm sure your attitude will attract a great deal of assistance. The OP asked a LOT of question in one post. So this post is longer that needed.
1. All  in one printers have a history of hard installs.
2. Wrong video drivers really mess up DVD movies.
3. Poorly installed audio drives can mess up the sound.

Also, both XP and Vista have quirks with browser and and flash plug-ins and media players. And if you use quick time, more issues.

It is no secret that many drivers are poorly tested. Look at all the revisions they have. But there are a few pieces of older hardware that have hardly ever have changed the driver.

And to make it worse, some drivers and utilities from the makers can not be uninstalled easily!

So the aforementioned  is big part of the reason to ask for model numbers. The motherboard itself has a set of drivers needed for best performance. And sometimes they have to be revised. Often.

You need to find our from HP if there is a computability issue with popular video cards and the motherboard you have.
