I am a newbie at this computer BUSINESS, can anyone tell me how to MOVE some music FILES from my free download manager into windows media player 10, and then download them from media player 10 into my mp3 player? I have no clue.

try just dragging and dropping the music into win media player.You should be able to use the "Add to Library" selection from the File menu to add them to your Media Player 10.
You can then use the Sync menu to syncronize any music file you choose to your portable.
