I believe the files are zipped right,..the computer turned off/crashed when i tired to restart 1st time..i wait 5mins, then cut back on for mini dump files...Please advise going forth, thanks again!

It reveals IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL at SYMEVENT.SYS file, which is Norton file.

I know there is only one file, my system shutoff the first time I tried to restart..should i restart my computer and try to post files again to see if more dmp files are FOUND in minidump folder??

Why do you think this problem has gotten progressively worse? Before I could at least stream VIDEO or browse pages without the system shutting down. It only did this when I ran video thru media center...thanks again!

The log looks clean, so your best bet would be to uninstall Norton momentarily, using this tool: http://service1.symantec.com/Support/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2005033108162039, and see, if it helps.ok..will try uninstall, no new dmp files were generated when I restarted again per the directions
